Sue Cummings knows how to put together great landscaping. If you are a golfer and have ever looked across the river from hole 12 and thought, “wow, that’s a beautiful back yard”, that’s Sue’s doing. The big trees, the shady decorated seating areas, the walking paths, even Cleo the garden snake – everything is perfect. The landscaping at the front of the house is just as inviting.

Of course, according to Sue, success comes through replacement. She puts something in the garden, and if it doesn’t work or she doesn’t like it, she just replaces it. That’s the right attitude. Sue does a lot of the work herself, and all the designing. This is her second home in Riverhill after moving here from Houston, and her eighth home and landscaping makeover! The work she has done inside the house is just as beautiful and inviting as the outside, but that’s a story for another day.
